23/1/2017 13:10 | I've been trying to find the stock exchange rules for major shareholders on the First North exchange with regard to "Lock In" periods but the web page is unavailable. Just supposing that the major shareholders are locked in for a period of time, the only free float on listing would be ourselves the retail shareholders. We only represent 13% or 4.6m shares, this may prop the share price up on listing unless we all sell at once. | beggarman
23/1/2017 13:03 | takems, i saw those dates on the bulletin but couldn't work out what it was saying. So, is the 31st March the date shares will be available to trade/sell? | craig1000k3
23/1/2017 12:47 | craig1000k3, the Effective Date is now 3rd February with the crediting date within 14 days of that. The Long Stop Date is still 31 March | tackems

23/1/2017 11:06 | When is the expected Re list date? | craig1000k3
23/1/2017 10:04 | My guess would be that relist price will be the equivalent of 20% - 40% of the delist price. This will allow enough breathing space for those in the know to take their positions before the fireworks start (i.e. ramp up production / make acquisitions etc). So ultimately we will make some returns, but it will be a bumpy ride along the way. I've been in since the Hungary days, so I'll be waiting this one out... All IMHO and pure conjecture! | woodpecker25
21/1/2017 09:15 | offerman Now that is the question as there is little if anything to help predict what the opening share price will be worth. I hope that it is more than the delist value of 1.3p after three years of near total silence. Their track record is not good by any stretch and it remains to be seen what we finish up with here. Let's hope they have cobbled together a decent deal that reflects the long wait but who knows? | doxford

20/1/2017 16:09 | I had this from Halifax. -------------------- Amendment to Timetable for Scheme of Arrangement and Re-Domicile. 5 New Matra Petroleum AB shares for each Existing Matra Petroleum PLC share held. Further to our communication of 30th December 2016, the Scheme received approval at a Court Meeting and shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting both held on 12th January 2017. The Scheme will now be subject to further Court Sanctioning at a Court Hearing to be held on 1st February 2017, and is anticipated to become effective on 3rd February 2017. New Matra shares are expected to be credited to accounts within 14 days of the Effective Date. We will, however, notify you when the New Matra shares have been credited to your account. Should you wish to find more information about the Scheme,hxxp://matrap | trulyscrumptious

18/1/2017 16:23 | Hello craig1000k3 I received this from ii customer services: Dear Mr Xxxxxx, Thank you for your secure message dated 4 January 2017. I am writing to advise that we can only place sell orders for shares which are listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. You can still hold the shares on our platform and place sell orders for them, but you would not be able to increase your holding in this company via our platform. Should you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to get in touch again. Our response time to secure message or email is usually 1 working day, although in times of high volumes we may take up to 5 working days. Yours sincerely Colin Chilton Customer Services Executive Interactive Investor. Hope this helps! Doosra | doosra100

16/1/2017 09:21 | The market price will largely be determined by the news flow over next couple of months. Have to remember that market valuation can account for future development so if MB provides a genuine financed vision to expand ops and hit 2/3k bopd in near term then could look good. If no newsflow and funding risks still exist then I would expect a drop. | magpie105
16/1/2017 09:07 | The delist value is the only benchmark we have in some respects. Is Soko still producing and if so at what rate? If we had that info we would have a comparison of sorts. The delist value would be a poor return to say the least but it would be a fantastic result when you consider the three year silence and the general assumption that we had lost our money. The next big question is 'What opening price'? | doxford
16/1/2017 08:30 | Really happy to think that I may get something back after all these years.........I'd be happy even with the suspension price, at least it would be a few grand more than I thought I'd get because realistically I'd written them off years ago. | brian boru
16/1/2017 08:01 | You're right Beggarman. Hard Brexit could have its perks in that respect! | magpie105
16/1/2017 06:52 | It's worth keeping an eye on exchange rates over the next month as they appear to be moving in our favour. Two weeks ago the £/Sek was 11.2 on Friday it was 10.8 and this morning 10.7. | beggarman
15/1/2017 23:19 | Yes me too. Share certificate from computershare. Would be grateful to hear the answer to your email, too, thanks | sidaily |
