matra boy, my understanding was Computershare would issue an updated certificate and you dont have to do anything. However I'm not 100% sure (as my shares are in Crest) so the best option would be to give Computershare a call and check.

oilfinder, you are correct, it was 10 but I was specifically referring to the 5 wells they drilled in December after having completed the 5 wells in June.

After announcing they were going to embark on a 'drilling campaign' in June, I expected more than just an additional 5 wells that did not get completed until six months later.

Happy for everyone here that you finally have resoloution of some kind .
But surely your speculation on relist misguided as the price will depend on the whole package not just the value of the old Matra on the AIM market .
Perhaps I am missing something as I have not followed all.I understand that relist will be for all of Matra USA operations .

You can transfer them into TD Direct Investing. Whilst you cannot trade the Swedish market online, it was confirmed to myself that they will trade on this market using a telephone call order trade.

Did anyone enquire as to whether it is making a profit? Quite a simple question.
12 month projection?
ROA? Present return on assets.
These and Matra's projections will I believe largely determine initial market price.

Eric Forss has got involved because he has been promised a good return and he believes it. Quite how he will benefit remains to be seen. As always we the punters only know what they choose to tell us.

One other point that Vlad may have let slip yesterday (not sure if you picked up on this as well calm?) - his exact words were they had the Per Tech reserves audit for 'the acquisition in September'. So I dont know if he meant one that has fallen through or one that they still have to announce.

On the face of what Vlad presented yesterday, he was presenting a picture of a company that had spent $5.5m on drilling 5 new wells that added 105bopd in six months. That is not why Eric Forss has got involved, there has to be another reason.

Calm, like yourself i have attended many AGM's and spoken directly with both MB & VL and i think they are genuinely busting their backsides off trying to build the company, they also have a reputation to maintain and the O&G industry is quite incestuous!

Considering i wrote these off years ago i'm going to stick it out another year or so........fully understand why others may want to sell. Perhaps they will build the business into a rising oil price.
