05/1/2017 09:39 | Gents, the reason they have not heard of Matra is likely to be that they are not listed yet! All you need to ensure is that a broker will IF and when Matra list on the Stockholm stock market your prospective broker deals there and arrange for their respective transfer, Halifax told me that my shares will automatically change 1 for5 if that goes through but will have to transfer them thereafter as they do not deal on the Swedish market .... | nedhammers1

04/1/2017 07:05 | Super i am still waiting to hear back from Saga, i spoke to some there on Fri morning and he told me that they do deal in cdi,s, he promised to ring me yesterday/to today to confirm, i will be on the blower to him first thing,he also said that as of Fri, they hadn't heard off of Matra any way, i did register with the share centre, who then asked me to get a form E off of Equiniti, from my point of view this "transfer" of shares from one company to another has been a nightmare so far, thanks for asking, i will keep peeps informed. | gilly9
03/1/2017 19:06 | Budgetbond Thank you. G2 | geordy2
03/1/2017 18:39 | G2, it depends on how your shares at held. If you have them in paper form, Computershare will swap them for new certificates. If you hold them electronically, you need to check with your broker if they deal in CDIs - if they do, your shares will get automatically transfered into new CDIs; if they dont, you'll need to transfer your shares to a broker that does Hope that helps | budgetbond
03/1/2017 18:36 | calm, glad to hear its not just me getting carried away :) From the update on 24 July 2015, they stated that the approved drilling programme for 2016 was aiming to deliver total production of 1600bopd - it'll be interesting to hear next week if they've achieved that. New wells have previously delivered 20-50bopd and workovers around 10bopd but with the increase of 235 bopd in one month (June 16), they may have hit a sweet spot in the field | budgetbond
03/1/2017 17:12 | Can somebody explain in simple terms what this arrangement actually means and what if any action needs to be taken by a shareholder. The information published so far seems rather vague, TIA G2 | geordy2
03/1/2017 16:47 | budget...just the increase in oil vs the previous reserve figure is a huge increase..plus they stopped a load of workovers that weren't viable which now are compelling.. that and the link up with the Swedish guy...it looks great!! | calmtrader
03/1/2017 15:07 | calm, are you of the same opinion? | budgetbond
03/1/2017 14:43 | Can't wait for the figures to be revealed, how many shares will we receive [if any] and what value will they have compared to the delist price? | doxford
03/1/2017 13:16 | doxford, you're right - we dont know much. My curiosity comes from the timing of the delay of the repayment of the $5m loan to January 2017 and then the subsequent announcement of the listing intention and share transfer in January 2017. This must all have been agreed in May/June 2016 so what did Maxim present to them to get them to agree it? The timing is just too coincidental so whatever is behind it has been a long time in planning. | budgetbond
03/1/2017 13:13 | GillyDid you send scanned signed transfer form through or original and are you trying to do it immediately or after CDIs issued | supertedsmith |
