Who knows anything re production/wells/finances ? We simply haven't been told anything. The relisting may well be that they are now able to proceed with a three year old plan 'A' that has been delayed by the oil price crash? Who knows? Just about anything is possible here and like everyone else I just hope that we get some of our cash back......at last.

Has anyone got any idea how many wells / workovers could be completed with $5m?

I'm convinced the output from the drilling programme is why Matra is now listing.

Happy New Year everyone, here's looking forward to 2017.

saulcom1 - that's a really good spot, I think we all missed that at the time. A 265boed increase in one month. We've not had another production update for six months and if they've carried on drilling in the same area with similar results, its not beyond the realms of possibility that Matra could be producing anywhere between 1500-2000boed now.

Matra was intending to complete the development programme by January 2017 with the funds provided by Melody which enabled them to agree the postponement of the $5m loan repayment due. What we dont know is how extensive the development programme was and what it delivered. On the basis that Matra is now listing, the conclusion I would draw is that it must have been successful.

If one reads the M june 2016 operational update it affectively states that June's drilling campaign alone increased gross production by an average of 235 boed. That is about a 30% increase in overall production in just one month. i thinks some of us missed this delicate operational message.

If anyone has a spare 25 minutes the following is a Money Programme special from the 1970's. It shows how to rapidly build a business using a strong share price and little cash.

budget - If the business was valued on the current balance sheet the value would be around 27sek. However, they will probably do a placing to raise fresh capital and it depends if the placing is at a discount or not. Another factor could be the drilling results which we haven't been informed of yet.

I would expect Matra to conduct a "Road Show" early in the New Year to the Swedish institutions and high net worth individuals. Eric Forss will be useful in raising interest in Matra AB and if they have good drilling results, this will help to get the placing away.

I think it's too early to start talking about share prices until we have more information.

NeI am still pessimistic .I have no problems with losing on stock market particularly on a Russian based oilie tidler on Aim.We all know risks .Just think we have been and are going to continue to be taken for a ride.- fleeced .They delisted for no obvious reason and then milked company -expenses salary backpay options selling soko then getting $10m bonus after delist voted for /buying Texas leases at very high price.I also had email and telephone contact at one point with Vlad .Came across as a clever and charming ......Just my personal opinion I hope I am wrong -

Thanks Super, incidentally, are you less pessimistic now? Or dare I say it positive about outcome? I do understand where you have come from before, I should know cos I've invested 4k in
TRP tower resources and 2k in MTV Motive TV one has delisted and the other is 99% down. Crooks being paid a salary and luring potential investors via AIM. BUT it's a risk I entered so I'm hoping that MATRA will surprise me ......

From Halifax brokers when I asked about cdi

Dear Mr

We would update the holding to the new name so your account would show the correct name and number of shares. However as we do not offer trading on the Swedish exchange, you would need to transfer them out to an alternative broker in order to trade them.

Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to call us on 03457 22 55 25.

Kind Regards

You can register in a matter of moments on line .
As for transfer process couldn't be simpler you fill in on line transfer form
Here is the link
hxxps://www.share.com/siteassets/media/global/forms/managing-investments/share_transfer.pdf

I did it in five mins as did Gilly I think .

Ps just read your last post about you not being Uk registered .
Makes sense they refused .
There are other brokers who accept foreign based clients
Try interactive brokers or Saxo bank

Ned
Incidentally as they are crest registered shares you can initiate the transfer process already -It may not go through before transformed into CDIs but it doesn't change anything - will still get transferred .
I have had confirmation of this from both Sharecentre and Barclays .

I don't believe they can transfer anything untill it's all been approved to be listed, just my own common sense opinion, read the post about the advise Halifax have their shareholders

thanks Ned. About the transfer do you know if it should be done before the listing?
if yes could you recommend any broker?
share center just informed me that they need me to have an account in UK, which I don't have.
hoping everything goes to plan (after so much waiting and uncertainity)

You only vote if you want to, I was told that it's a forgone conclusion as the majority of shareholders are the big institutions I.e. max and co.

Hi Johhny, so there's nothing for us to do apart from transfer our shares over to a broker that deals on the Stockholm stock exchange, and that's assuming everything goes to plan? ⚒
