Ted - I thought it was the 8th after 5.30PM. The reason is to gain the shareholders permission to increase the number of shares in circulation. This is a prelude to a placing in January.

It re ads as follows, Have heard about this twitched for a while now. But while speculation of a merger with other Swedish oil company too.
To fuel the speculation, I can add that the Mangold been commissioned by Matra few weeks ago to list them on the Stockholm Stock Exchange where the shares in Matra should be part of a holding company.

Swedish anyone Har hört om detta ryckte ett tag nu. There is no fixed time, they may announce it when they advise us of the restructuring. They will need to give 20 working days notice.

Ted - I agree, they have been given more time regarding refinancing and they are planning to have a placing of new shares in January. I don't believe they would follow this strategy if they were about to merge with another company.
