21/11/2016 12:04 | calm, how confident are you about the timescales for the relisting (i.e. January)? | budgetbond
19/11/2016 09:45 | Lewis, Ted is a wind up merchant, always has been, always will be,he likes to get a reaction from anyone that bites. | 100egs
19/11/2016 09:43 | Roll on the New Year and let's hope it is positive for MTA. As someone said previously, and I agree it's all down to MB's reputation. Looneytune, Ekaterina got married, changed her name and left several months ago. GLA | tackems
19/11/2016 05:34 | 100 eggs glad to hear it,good luck for the 7th | gilly9
18/11/2016 21:42 | It's all gone quiet over there? Where's Ted gone? Life is so much better now. Not only positive posts but some good rationale behind some of the positive posts. Thank you to the updates and constructive thoughts ....... | nedhammers1
18/11/2016 18:43 | im ok gilly, its been a tough few months though, i need further surgery on 7th december then after that im hoping all will be fine. Good to see something happening here for a change lets hope it works out. Thanks for your concern mate. | 100egs
18/11/2016 13:08 | 100eggs good to see you back on board how are you feeling????? a lot better i hope | gilly9
18/11/2016 09:24 | LT - Good spot on Dome last year, I think you were on to something. | beggarman
18/11/2016 09:13 | I see Ekaterina is no longer an Exec Director? (gone from Website) Good news re listing, like most things in business it takes time, sometimes longer than anticipated. I can tell from responses that Smith is still driving you all bonkers - lol the best advice he ever gave on this board was to "filter him", which i must say was very therapeutic!!!! Good luck to all, interesting times ahead. Happy New Year when it comes :) | looneytune
17/11/2016 23:41 | 100 why bother addressing the epetomey of doom? Even if Matra relist he'll stand on top of his hill screaming it's the wrong hill. Sad sad sad little man. | lewis_81
17/11/2016 23:09 | Ted, Dome energy listed on First north May 26 2014 just before the oil price crash. With hind sight it proved to be very poor timing on their part. I beleive Matra de-listed with the intention of doing a deal and relisting far sooner than now, lets face it why on earth would they want do a deal during such a massive down turn. There are now some signs of stability, with opec meeting soon with a view to cut production, and Trump elected could be good for oil if his infrastructure plans take off. lets hope matra have their timing right. | 100egs
17/11/2016 20:47 | stevie, we will get at least 1p and I'll guarantee superted will still be with us :) super, even you will admit that I've never changed my view about how I saw it playing out over the last three years and so far I've been right. Its obviously taken a lot longer than anyone expected but I put that down to what happened to the oil price - and possibly a failed merger attempt along the way that we haven't been told about. I see the next step being a merger and additional funding as part of the relisting and the possibility of this being a multibagger based on my average of 0.8p. It wont be if its a straight forward listing of the Matra Group but I dont think it will be. I've nothing to base that assumption on except that I dont think Maxim would go jump through all of the regulatory hoops necessary to get a listing for just what they currently have. | budgetbond
17/11/2016 20:11 | Budget Lets wait and see what really happens . I sincerely hope I eat humble pie | supertedsmith
17/11/2016 20:02 | Any body won't to bet on whether Ted will leave if we get the 1 pence! On relisting lol!!! | steviedoesit
17/11/2016 19:47 | You do make me chuckle super ....for three years you were convinced that they were trying to screw everyone over and your main rationale for that was that the company would never relist. Now that they ARE going to relist, its the same old argument but with now no substance at all!! | budgetbond
17/11/2016 19:18 | Hahaha. Love the fact TED asks budget if they're on medication due to an obsession. The only one here with an obsession is you Ted. Fact. | lewis_81
17/11/2016 18:04 | Budget Are you on medication or do you have some obsession with these people . It has been one massive con from the moment they got on board -and wait till you see what they are going to do when this whole delist thing comes about .just a gut feeling nothing more . They delisted only and purely to serve their own needs . Reason given was fictitious and shown to be not the case . Tricon never sold their stake and doubt if ever intended to - Just motive to delist . Winpro have got back their investment . They - MB and his Crew/ don't care an iota about their reputation -how much do you think they have milked out of company during delist Do you have some kind of Stockholm syndrome ? As ever this is just my opinion . Based on their actions and non kept promises thus far.Day this relists and if price 1p or over I am out and no more posts . Till then as shareholder I will post. | supertedsmith
17/11/2016 16:02 | Well, Dome is producing 1250boepd and Matra USA is producing 1000boepd that we know about. Matra should be producing 1150boeps based on the drills earlier this year but we have not had confirmation that the new wells have been put into production. They have also drilled wells recently that we are still waiting on the results for. Bear in mind 60% of Dome production is gas and Matra produce 500boepd as gas. We could be looking at 2500boepd. | beggarman
17/11/2016 15:55 | So if the merger goes ahead, what would their total production be? | budgetbond
17/11/2016 15:54 | The Dome share price is dropping like a stone, it's down 7% today, the mid-point is 1.18sek. The annual report is due out on 30th November, which should be interesting reading. | beggarman
17/11/2016 15:49 | beggar, the problem is that we'll never really know why they delisted. We all have our theories and that's all they'll ever be I guess. The delist will soon be forgotten about if he pulls this off and delivers a good return for everyone. I agree with you about Dome though, it does look a good match and they're not exactly in a position to say no. | budgetbond
17/11/2016 15:44 | budget - I would say that everyone who moves in Barskiys world knows what has gone on here with the UK shareholders, that is why I was doubtful they could merge with a US oil company with Max and Vlad remaining in executive positions. The attraction with Dome Energy is that they are in a worse position than Matra and I'm sure their shareholders would consent to a merger. | beggarman
17/11/2016 15:27 | beggar, in the world that Maxim operates in, reputation is everything - it takes a lifetime to build one and a moment to destroy one | budgetbond |
