calm - Mangold Fondkommission AB own 24% of Dome and they are advising Matra. Dome is holding an EGM on 8th December to place more shares it will be interesting to see what happens afterwards.

Calm I don't take anything you say seriously .You claimed to have 16-18m of these before they delisted then you supposedly bought more .At any decent average that's easily over £150k as most bought before delist .No way it's true - obvious from your posts I reckon you hold 1m if that which is not a problem but why all this Walter Mitty nonsense .Budget why average down you will be losing out - How many shares do you think they issued themselves at some absurd price if not free - no way of knowing - and do you think they are not going to dump on market Enron style on relist .

beggarman funny enough when Matra talked about an acquisition 9 months ago i did some research on possible candidates and they were one that came up

budget - They must be listing to raise fresh capital to reduce the debt burden as they will not have the funding by organic growth. I am currently looking at Dome Energy AB as a possible merger, I reckon market cap around £5m but they are drilling in Texas and Oklahoma near Matra. There should be economies of scale.

super if they do raise additional capital on listing you could always buy more shares to ensure you arent diluted..i probably will if they do!!

super, '..to go back to where they were previously..'

Not sure how you can say that when you dont know what price they're going to list at.

Not delisting was always our risk but now we know its going to happen, this is only going one way. I piled in when they were delisted at 0.4p because I always predicted this would happen - as you well know.

It's taken them three years to decide to go back to where they were previously . No need to have delisted Other than to milk and then dilute on relist .

Agreed Budget, unless they just feel comfortable with the Stockholm exchange (rules & regulations etc) you would imagine there is something going on.

I've reflected on this overnight and I don't believe the listing is the last bit of the news we're going to get. I believe that they already have an aquisition and funding lined up and it could all happen in quick succession. IMHO of course.

So you are all happy with some vague and as of yet unclear promise to relist on Swedish stock market .It's wiped the slate clean has it.What are such minor details as Being unable to trade shares for last three years .Putting company heavily into debt .Drawing large salaries and expenses since November 2013What's more the initial reason given for delist now seems even more fictitious and just fabricated to suit their needs But it's ok these honest non CROOK folk have promised to relist .No details given nothing zero zilch .But let's forget all their shenanigans .Look at all the good things they have achieved for us small shareholders since they came on board .Looking forward to seeing how this spans out - no way will they offer anything approaching delist price .

Hi all - long term largish holder here...I drop in now and again and.... guess what? The ghastly whinging Super is still here! I saw somewhere here that he was not going to comment again but he's still cluttering up the thread with inane questions he cannot be bothered to research himself. The really weird thing is that a v brief perusal of his posts and it seems that MTA is the only share he holds/comments on - almost an obsession! Upthread somewhere he was supposedly contacting several financial journalists - how's that going.... eh? A couple of the more sensible posters said he was wasting his time - 100% correct I would guess.

Hope you (Super) are updating your journalist friends with the latest update to put them in the picture - as I seem to recall you were stating here, most emphatically, only a month or two ago that they (MTA management) do not want to relist. Super you are obviously keen to exit - would you take an off market purchase for your entire holding? Just need to know how many shares you hold and where (ie through a uk broker/certificated etc). But you would have to commit, as part of the deal, that you would never make an appearance here again. You would also need to explain your required pricing....only an complete novice would base that on the situation 3 yrs ago, without taking into account the POI movements since then. I haven't done the research but I bet there are several analogue oil companies that have gone bust in that time; at least MTA is still in existence!

Anyway onto more important matters - I would expect that as part of the restructuring, the other holders in Matra USA would also want their holdings restructured into the listed entity - in any event, Mangold would find it a more difficult sell explaining why 2/3rds of the actual production Co is held outside the MTA group. Far better that their interests are aligned with everybody else.

I was looking at it from the Mangold Fondkomission AB point of view, they own 24% of Dome Energy AB who produce 1250boepd but it's 60% gas and 40% oil & condensates. They are struggling financially and it would be a way for Mangold to get a return on their money if Dome went bust they would lose their investment. Dome is holding an EGM on the 8th December to place more shares to raise capital.

Mangold is also advising Matra regarding the listing in Sweden.
