Matchtech Group PLC (the Company) (AIM: MTEC) announces that at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today, all the resolutions put to shareholders were passed. Resolutions 1 to 13 were passed as ordinary resolutions and Resolutions 14 and 15 were passed as special resolutions.
