Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
Matchtech Group PLC ("the Company"), the specialist Engineering and Technology (IT & Telecoms) recruitment agency, announces that further to the announcement made by the Company on 18 July 2016 Notice of a General Meeting has been posted to shareholders and a copy can be found at the Company's website www.matchtechgroupplc.com.
The Board is seeking Shareholder approval to change the name of the Company to Gattaca plc at a General Meeting, which is being convened on Wednesday, 7 September 2016 at The Solent Hotel, Rookery Avenue, Whiteley, Fareham, Hampshire PO15 7AJ.
