Redesignation of Ordinary Shares as Realisation Shares
Admission of shares to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment
of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "SFS")
Further to the announcement published by the Company on 25 November 2016, the Board announces that 8,520,206 ordinary shares of 0.0001p each in the capital of the Company have today been redesignated as realisation shares of 0.001p each (the "Realisation Shares").
The Realisation Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the SFS at 8.00 a.m. today.
