UBS downgrade.

Downgrade M&S and ASOS to Neutral and cut Debenhams forecasts and PT
We cut our forecasts for M&S (FY14E PBT cut by 3% and FY15E by 8%) and Debenhams (FY14E 11% and FY15E 10%) on lower gross margins.

will keep selling products in short term

The decline continues only partly hidden by massive hikes in the prices of their food products. If shoppers buy their food they will have to go to Primark for their clothes!
