well decent levels of cash still, and profitable....so all depends on whether they can pull off the change in strategy and monetise it...let's see what market thinks over coming week or so when BoD do their road show...

Has the bottom finally been reached? From RNS on June 4th Outlook - New product commercialisation on track Looking beyond 2015, the Company expects an acceleration of growth as a result of it launching, in Q3 2015, what the Directors believe will be the industry's first integrated mobile SSP and DSP in one solution with a single platform. The Company has already received extensive interest in this new solution, and expects strong organic growth in mobile revenues in 2015 and 2016. Hagai Tal, Chief Executive Officer of Marimedia, stated: "Our mobile business is growing very rapidly and we remain cash generative and profitable. Our product and service development programmes are on track to meet the changes in the industry and we expect to create significant value to shareholders from the commercialisation of our assets." An RNS confirming that 'extensive interest' has resulted in firm contracts would be welcome.

Will be Israeli holding tax. I think you can claim it back but it's a form filing exercise. Same with all Israeli stocks.

Expecting some further positive news in the next few weeks : 'In particular, the Company remains on track to launch its publisher-focused SSP (Supply Side Platform) for mobile and video by the end of June 2015'

Despite restructuring the company still expects revenue growth in 2015, what was the market expectation before the announcement on the 28th May? It looks positive especially with their current cash position. I am surprised the share price hasn't responded slightly more positively.

Like others I wasn't that happy when they bought a company from the existing directors quite some time ago. Basically because it would be easy to inflate the purchase price which is paid for by shareholders . So glad I didn't get into them. Sp price can go to extremes though which may help some get in at a decent price. IMO we just can't value this at the moment though. Keep on watch list

Blimey that wasn't expected....sorry to all, genuinely thought on what one could see on listing docs, RNS's etc etc, that this was way UV,,....how wrong was I! New strategic direction will take some time to convince instis IMO, but at least it has the cash (DYOR) to see it through.....let's hope that discussions with instis provide some support for the new direction ...let's see...

Yeah, that's a shocker. If they hadn't bought Taptica it would be heading for extinction. It listed to the day in 2014. What a birthday party.

Wow, nice way to probably halve your shareprice..... Abandon a whole division, the one that makes most of your money. Was looking here but I think it's going to be a while before buying now.
