The continuity of these additional drill results at Hot Maden add
further confidence in the main zone, with the 25m infill holes further
support continuity of the high grade gold and copper mineralisation.
These results all build into the Preliminary Feasibility Study model
which is due for completion around mid next year, ultimately paving the
way for mine development.

Encouragingly the growth potential for the further extension to the
main zone in of the offset block to the south as well as further
interesting intercepts in the Sourthern Vein Field discovery area
continues to be enhanced.

Planned budgeted drilling for 2017 of 20,000m will be focussed on the
areas that have been delivering to date, as well as the untested area
to the south, the "Russian Mining area".

The much anticipated PEA, although slightly delayed, is nearing
completion and is expected to be delivered early in the New Year. I
look forward to updating the market as soon as it is available."

Sandstorm Gold: Off To A Great Start In 2017

Then, Sandstorm gave some positive updates on its assets. There were a lot of updates given, so I'll focus mainly on what I feel are most important. First, Sandstorm's partner Mariana Resources (OTCPK:MRLDF) released diamond drilling results at the Hot Maden project in Turkey, in which Sandstorm owns a 2% royalty. The results were outstanding, with highlights including gold grades as high as 526 g/t (over 7 meters), and other drills returning porphyry-style copper-gold mineralization, including 69.6 meters of 62.7 g/t gold and 2.68% copper and 90 meters of 22.6 g/t gold and 4.39% copper. Mariana is planning a preliminary economic assessment very soon and also plans on beginning drilling at Ergama copper-gold project in Western Turkey, in which Sandstorm also owns a 2% royalty. Investors should keep a close eye out for future news from Mariana, as this royalty could become one of Sandstorm's most important assets.

Yes, it is curiously quiet. Obviously not 'in play' yet though the price is a smidgeon from that 80p ceiling so we're doing well considering gold has been hammered recently

Well, that`s what happens when material news is delayed time after time.
Looks like they had to start from scratch to align it with PFS.....
...and to answer buffythebuffoons question about the costs for PEA.
It was priced $100k but with all delays probably would cost more.
