Dope doesn't need to scare people into selling there doing that on their own "CAPITULATION" !!

nash - i take it then by posting that statement that you are aware of MAY's actual covenants? If so, please either post a copy of them or at least a link to them.

Or is your post one to scare people into selling?

nashwan123 what are the banking covenants? Surely they are not based on SP?

Shares were actually traded at 50p yesterday on the order book. Wasn't paying attention at the time or I would have picked a few up.

What a crazy crazy market.

I sincerely hope that for the sake of long term investors that the divi is cut for a period of time and cash retained to add value to the company.

MAY tested 50p briefly today. So PIs be warned the directors know the true situation.

Not a lot they can really say. They put their interim management statement out the other week. Not only MAY that has been trashed in the sector. QED has been hit equally hard recently. Forced sellers are taking any price they can at present.

I am amazed that the company is saying absolutely nothing.
Having said that if they cannot say
"We know no reason for the sudden dramatic fall in our share price"
Then I guess they know that there is a reson for the fall and they are not going to divulge that at the moment.
It really is now so cheap that I am sorely tempted to get a grand or two.

Pure option money punt around current levels. Risk reward is very attractive. If they survive then a 10-20 bagger over the next couple of years.

Its hard to believe that this company paid more in dividends last year than its current share price.
In these days of uncertainty if the directors are not buying when the price is ludicrously low - dont touch!

I said 600p when it was hovering at 1000p, why did I close my short when it reached my target, I ask!!

Lesson learnt!! Let your winners run!

Commerical property values have taken, and will continue to take a pasting. Some of Mapeley's assets aren't in great locations anyway. Add this to the fact that its biggest shareholder is likely to be a distressed seller = v bad news.

Last chance to bail out. MAY are leveraged up to the gunnells and will be looking to get taken out before they are broken up by the administrator.I warned this may happen 2 months ago. There off shore status will help the directors but not help PIs.

I've even bought back into MNR at 10p, having sold half at 140p, one cannot ignore the for sale signs out on so many stocks at present, they don't all have to survive to make good returns.
