Share Purchase

Manx Telecom PLC (the 'Company') announces that, on 31 March 2017, it acquired 29,670 ordinary shares of 0.2p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at GBP1.97 per Ordinary Share.

The Ordinary Shares purchased by the Company have been transferred, subject to a two year holding period, to certain employees to satisfy 2016 annual share bonus awards.

Of the Ordinary Shares purchased by the Company, 9,032 have been transferred to Gary Lamb, Chief Executive Officer and 5,995 transferred Danny Bakhshi, Chief Financial Officer. The shares represent one third of their 2016 net annual bonus. Following the purchase and transfer, Gary Lamb will be interested in 516,826 Ordinary Shares, 0.454% of the issued share capital of the Company and Danny Bakhshi will be interested in 5,995 Ordinary Shares, 0.005% of the issued share capital of the Company.
