Exercise of Warrants and Share Purchase by Director
John Zorbas, Chairman of the Company, exercised 2,350,000 Warrants at an exercise price of 5p each on 26 October 2017. The consideration received by the Company will be GBP117,500.
The 2,350,000 new Ordinary Shares ("Shares") arising from the exercise of these Warrants have been issued today, and application has been made for them to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to start on 2 November 2017. The shares will be registered in the name of Eaton Equities Ltd, a company in which Mr Zorbas is interested.
Separately Mr Zorbas made a market purchase of 219,080 Shares on 26 October at an average price of 6.76 pence per share.
Following these two transactions Mr Zorbas owns a total of 2,569,080 Shares.
