pi's, lots in at sub 6.4p and now it's 7.16p bid that is too good to resist for many.

Something different about this buying, looks the style of just one person, this is MRS no way it's 10 different buyers all chasing up the price

I thought it was bad when we struggled to get through 9p but now we are this issue at 6.5p

Over 2p EPS and pi's are selling now let alone morefew and bachmann.

I think there is a happy ending here but I still wish I never set eyes on this stock some 5 years ago

Trading Update

Management Resource Solutions PLC (AIM: MRS), a leading Maintenance, Fabrication, Civil and Earthworks company, provides the following trade update ahead of its Final Results for the year ended 30 June 2018 (the "financial year", "FY18"). The Group intends to announce its Final Results in December 2018.

Trading update

The Group is pleased to report that it has traded well and in line with the Board's expectations during the financial year. As a result, the Board expects to report Net Revenue for FY18 AUD$68.4m (FY17: AUD$52.4m) and EBITDA for FY18 of AUD$12.3m (FY17: loss AUD$4.9m). The Company is still in the process of completing final reviews and audit work, including tax; however, Net Profit before Tax is expected to be FY18 AUD$6.1m (FY17: loss AUD$10.8m), which is in line with prior guidance of 2.0p per share (excluding any foreign exchange impacts). These results are unaudited.

Why do the mm's keep moving the offer to 7p when it's around 6.5p to buy

Just show 6.3-6.5p and the interest will sustain, they do this on purpose so people get bored and they get the stock back they sold for a profit. They make around £500-1000 a day out of this while they are busy pushing other stocks.

Well seems to me two things could be at play.

1, A seller is finally getting shot of the last of their stock (other sellers also joining the rush to exit). The price is low, so there is no intention to maximise sales.

This has been happening for a long time now and will eventually play out as the overhang clears.

2, Could there be a placing being worked? Recent interview mentioned the need for more equipment and going for more contracts. Could they be planning a fundraise to bolster this move?

I wouldn't see that as a negative, in fact very positive, but if (and a very big if) they are raising I hope they are not being forced down on share price by the current drops.

Very slow burner this one. Happy to hold for the long term. Dave, not sure if you are in or out of FFI but that looks a much stronger bet in the short term.

I do not think people even care if this was on a per of 3 or 2 or 1 they will still sell it down.

This stock gives me nightmares, years of them

Actually if you are going to be a long term investor, why not take advantage of a 4 week interest free starter loan.
