well i am sure we all made some great profits today.

i would just like to say thank you to richmond & float for the constant deramping which has helped send the share price to new depths.
as promised i bought rather lower than expected, took a nice 75% profit
and I AM OUT .

i am loading up on FOGL yes float that is a tip bought a shed load at 63p
with a target price of £30.00 August / september 2012

yes that is 3000p and could be alot more targeting 7.5 billion barrels oil.

The SFO has closed its investigation into Worthington Nicholls Group. The investigation had opened in March 2008.

After full and detailed consideration of the evidence gathered during the investigation, we have determined that there is not a reasonable prospect of conviction in the Crown Court.

Yes, people on here are saying the 'earn out' (call it what you will) has failed, without a shred of evidence to support it. As you say, they sometimes fail because the new owner has the power to manipulate things.
I'd still want to see it in black and white.

i know because i have spoken to someone at Rentokil. SB has been informed already that they have failed to meet the required minimum contract novations target and has responded by threatening Rentokil with legals. Rentokil have responded by telling him to speak to their in-house legal team.

There will be no further payment here, trust me.

The news will come out when SB tells us all that he is wrapping things up with no cash in the bank and no one reversing in

WHY HAS THE CHAIRMAN NOT ASKED HIM TO RESIGN???

This has to be the most abject failure by any board of directors, ever!!!

I bet if it hadn't been for Richmond blowing the whistle this announcement wouldn't have been made.

I'd like to think the AIM team will look at the, now, highly suspicious trading that's gone on immediately prior to this announcement. How on earth did that volume get traded without someone knowing something!!!

Rich - where did your official word come from? Are you saying there is zero value left in the equity.

For every seller, there is a buyer (unlikely MMs are buying the stock), so someone is taking a view. The tax year end can throw up some good opportunities.
