Total Voting Rights
Magnolia Petroleum Plc, the AIM quoted US focused oil and gas exploration and
production company announces that for the purposes of the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the issue of equity
announced on 26 April 2017, it has 1,869,826,370 ordinary shares in issue.
The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of
voting rights in the Company will therefore be 1,869,826,370. This figure may
therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company has been made aware that an application for admission was not made
for 52,222,208 shares following a placing on 24 September 2012. Application has
now been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is
expected to occur on or around 5 May 2017. There is no change to the issued
share capital which has been correctly notified.
