18/2/2016 11:12 | If ever relist and sure they can take on more debt too. What % of shareholders can be diluted by another 99% in the new company | bullet ant

18/2/2016 11:10 | Matrix just because its delisted doesn't mean you don't have a stake in the company it can realist anytime. | john henry
18/2/2016 10:41 | Why an earth would they be proposing a delisting. | john henry

18/2/2016 10:11 | Looks like it's a gonna to me. | sleveen
18/2/2016 10:07 | As announcements go they don't get much worse. I had sold out a few weeks ago but was thinking of getting back in because I think that this has great potential down the road. Now there is at least some doubt whether there will even be a "down the road" | drjenner01
18/2/2016 10:06 | Esmeralda, Most companies are ' not a going concern without additional funding' . Fact. MOIL have been in talks for months regarding their farmout proposals. Symbion are investing millions to become Madagascars power supplier via generators bought in by Symbion. MOIL can supply oil direct to Symbion on site. | squiresquire
18/2/2016 10:06 | It's the funding position that's caused this with the comment about additional conditions which I'm guessing that proposing a delisting is one of those conditions. Quite astonishing really that the RNS reads as 'we have fantastic news but we're screwed'. Doesn't really make much sense so what's 'really' going on? | bungeetrader
18/2/2016 10:00 | The RNS appears to miss a bit out. In the first para it talks of a 'potential delisting' from AIM but this is not mentioned again. The reason for the fall is in the last sentence, they are not a "going concern" without additional funding and it is unlikely there would be any for at least 2-4 months based on what is said about the partner negotiations earlier in the RNS. No actual sales either so production scaled back, wtf? This has much further to fall IMHO. | esmerelda
18/2/2016 09:59 | An Asian consortium, including upstream and infrastructure expertise, which was undertaking formal technical due diligence which it hoped to complete within 2-3 months.-- A southern African Investment firm, which had undertaken initial internal due diligence and wished to continue with more in depth due diligence which it estimated would take around 2 months.-- An Asian E&P company, which was potentially interested in an asset farm-in deal and had amassed a significant due diligence team but expected that the due diligence process would take between 2-4 months to complete.-- Various large multinational oil and gas services companies, who were at various stages of due diligence and were potentially interested in arrangements to provide services to the Tsimiroro Block 3104.The EP will help all the above come to investment decision in Moil. | aimshares
18/2/2016 09:58 | I admire your optimism Aim and this may well bounce and recover but the market doesn't lie. My timing has been shocking lately, I'd be as well going to the casino and putting all I have on red or black. | bungeetrader
18/2/2016 09:52 | They have the EP now so funding should follow puts them in a strong position now for partner or funding. | aimshares
18/2/2016 09:44 | Market doesn't see it that way Aim. | bungeetrader

18/2/2016 09:37 | It looks very up beat in terms of the discussions, now the permit is through they can clearly do far better with interested parties. In terms of financing it looks like they will be OK but are giving all due warnings etc | squiresquire
18/2/2016 09:08 | Looks like we are around the same area. Holding 700K Imho there remains a forced Private investor selling 50 75 and 100K Lumps. When they are out Price will break North imho EP must be due in the not to distant future. | john henry
18/2/2016 09:04 | Want to keep a good chunk for very long term about 300k shares and top slice at over 12p for the other 200k shares. | aimshares
18/2/2016 08:52 | Think I'll stick at 400k myself Aim. A good enough amount to net a decent return if all goes to plan. Good luck! | bungeetrader
