Clarification of Record Date for AGM Attendance
LXB Retail Properties Plc, the Jersey resident closed-ended real estate investment company focused on edge of town and out of town retail assets, has become aware that the supporting notes to the AGM Notice published on the Company's website this morning mis-stated the record date for determining who may attend and vote at the meeting. Note 5 should have read 20 April 2017 not 21 April 2017, and this has been updated on the website.
