My guess is they are holding off giving too much clarity at the moment as they dont want to suddenly post 20p on the nav straight after re setting the carried interest payout, best drip out over the next 12 months, the payout for rushden we probably see a little of it

Will be interesting to see if any clarity when the cash return announcement is made.

I think that is why they have incentivised the investment manager. I would have thought the default option is that LXB raise capital for another fund that gets seeded with the assets left over from this one. In any event, by definition if you sell a project half way through you'll never get full value.

They should have around £13m in cash, prior to Rushden, so hopefully still a 45p divi.

having said that, the RNS says no material difference to NAV as a result and we still have the performance fee that only kicks in above 12%pa return from the 1 Jan 2016 NAV. I presume that target will be exceeded, so if the share price drifts down much further I will buy back in with my trading allotment.

a bit disappointing, specially in light of positive news re the cinemas. I've sold the chunk I bought last week for 3 or 4% profit but continue to hold the bulk.
