04/5/2016 15:17 | Don't under-estimate the 6th placed club (& best footballing side in the Championship)... ;-) | wirralowl
04/5/2016 15:09 | badtime, my serious expectation is to play the Seagulls in the final at Wembley. I expect us to triumph. Glad to eat my words if wrong. Apologies to all for off topic. Best regards SBP | stupidboypike
04/5/2016 14:57 | badtime, you''ll be lucky to beat boro on their own turf, what is it 7 goals conceded at home all season. I can see Boro winning myself as Brighton have to try and score, boro are well versed with playing on the break. | celeritas
04/5/2016 14:54 | Note meeting later in weekSBP my condolences:) | badtime
04/5/2016 14:46 | Maybe a soupçon of this in today's RNS? catsick 27 Apr'16 - 02:26 - 948 of 974 2 0 My guess is they are holding off giving too much clarity at the moment as they dont want to suddenly post 20p on the nav straight after re setting the carried interest payout, best drip out over the next 12 months, the payout for rushden we probably see a little of it Will be interesting to see if any clarity when the cash return announcement is made. | papy02
04/5/2016 14:29 | badtime is the Seagull. | tiltonboy
04/5/2016 14:22 | That's me out. Will wait and see if the share price drops substantially more than the distribution like it did last time. If so I may have another go. Good luck all holders. Best regards SBP. npt if you are a Brighton fan I apologise for the mighty Rams on Monday (not!) | stupidboypike
04/5/2016 14:19 | I think that is why they have incentivised the investment manager. I would have thought the default option is that LXB raise capital for another fund that gets seeded with the assets left over from this one. In any event, by definition if you sell a project half way through you'll never get full value. | mad foetus
04/5/2016 14:10 | npt, thats what I was thinking, Rushden was I thought the nailed on one, never mind Truro and Ayr. | celeritas
04/5/2016 14:06 | npt, They should have around £13m in cash, prior to Rushden, so hopefully still a 45p divi. pbp, I wish! bt, Good luck...but I think we will be playing you again next season! | tiltonboy
04/5/2016 14:05 | having said that, the RNS says no material difference to NAV as a result and we still have the performance fee that only kicks in above 12%pa return from the 1 Jan 2016 NAV. I presume that target will be exceeded, so if the share price drifts down much further I will buy back in with my trading allotment. | mad foetus
04/5/2016 14:01 | tilts, to be clear, do you mean north of 110 after the 38.5 distribution we are expecting? Best regards SBP | stupidboypike
04/5/2016 13:51 | Hopefully north of 110p. | tiltonboy
04/5/2016 13:43 | Tilts..what are u expecting re terminal value? | badtime
04/5/2016 13:31 | a bit disappointing, specially in light of positive news re the cinemas. I've sold the chunk I bought last week for 3 or 4% profit but continue to hold the bulk. | mad foetus
04/5/2016 13:30 | Seems as if a few have been frightened outSticking here | badtime
04/5/2016 13:26 | Knocks about 2p off the terminal NAV. | tiltonboy
04/5/2016 13:20 | Comments on reduced amount ..especially the 3mill ...hmmm | badtime |
