yeah yeah - I'd have thought Special Brew was very good research - and you obviously read my thread to know that lol.

Glad you find me so irresistable - now get off and talk babies with tanners :-)

Just shows you what you know CR.

Your arrogance and know-all attitude will backfire this time, sitting in
a shed drinking special brew is not somebody with a knowledge of the industry.

I've provided evidence of what is happening and you as normal just ignore
it and ramp away.

Maybe it will come good, we'll see but i have no interest in taking a position
here long !

LoL - troll count getting longer and longer - great sign the closet buyers are waiting in the wings - those that missed the screamer of a first leg up.

Not many sellers on a day like this are there?

Second legs up on bounces like this are often as much fun as the first leg up imo.

Don't miss it HateTrader - Whetherspoons stealing from these? Yep, I'm sure Luminar's cliens are all gagging for a cup of tea instead of a good night out lol.

Try and understand !

Wetherspoons are buying select large ex C Rock and other buildings, converting
them to Lloyds etc but then on a weekend they take away a load of tables, make
it into a large dancefloor, have a good DJ and darken the place up, loads of
my younger friends go there a lot and they used to go the Liquid but it's too
expensive.

Does that make sense yeah ?

Now if they are doing this all over the place gradually then others will
lose market share gradually, you cannot get away from the fact that Lmr
sales are dropping quite sharply ?

Scott84 - Sorry what tosh are you on about. They are two different markets.

When you were Baldeagle5 th other day you were espousing the virtues of JDW taking over Luminar.

Basically you buy shares in something then when you bottle it and sell you try and talk it down so that you dont feel a fool if it rises.

It's not what they have it's what they intend to pick up.

Everytime they get their hands on a big ex nightclub and convert
they take business from all the rest, i used to pay £3.60 five years
ago for a bottle of Corona now the same place charges me £2.20 and
it's free to get in, quite a difference.

Maybe it wont effect Luminar that much but it's a cut throat business, so many
pubs have closed down here, they cant compete with Wethers and the supermarkets
dishing out booze like confetti for next to nothing, people have less to spend
and are taking precautions.

CR.

Strange how i give a valid case of why their sales are falling and you continue
to just ignore the fact that Wetherspoons will continue to take market share
from these places.

If it was the other way around you would be going nuts, i think you know you
investment case here is flawed but you know you have a huge group of mugs ready
to follow you into your ramps so you can bail on the quiet.

My ramps are good ramps, Reh has cash and investments worth around 38p and the price is 18.75p to buy, Dcd is going to make a killing selling Blast labs toys
around the world this winter ontop of everything else they make, too cheap.

Well looks like I've just got yet another 30K @ 18.75p.

That 29.7K is mine added to the 300 before it.

Happy as Larry buying @ anything from 19p here myself.

Go ramp elsewhere HateTrader.

Cash increased at LMR by £7m over the period, Net debt is falling.

They did 1.3p eps in H1 - every chance they could do more than that in H2 - 3p eps for the year?

Might just make the fwd eps 3.5p or more considering debt interest is likely too fall amnd sales are improving.

You get few chances to pick recovery stocks like this off the floor imo - yep, there's risk as with all these things. But with directors buying, cash improving, debt falling and sales improvements I'm willing to take what risk there is for the comparable high reward there could be too over 12-24 months.

As you've seen this week, buying on the news rather than before it is a painful task. You won't get it tho - not if you think I'm impressed with you making a grand on a trade - lol!

LOL !

How can you ingore that CR.

What do you think i've trying to tell you, they work, they are packed, they
are taking market share away from others because youngsters are lured into
the cheap drink with free entry and they still have a huge dancefloor and DJ !

I've seen it first hand, it's heaving in these places and you have to buy 3
rounds at once because it takes so long to get served.

Shame you never listened about Reh, 16.8p to buy, just hit 19.55p to sell :-))

And 30p soon it will be.

LoL - you never buy a stock with huge debt ah HateTrader? No, you but you buy RGT that has to have a placing once a month to stay afloat or MPS a week before it goes bust lol! "Would not want to wake up and find i've lost the lot,. Do you not see what a clown of a trader chimp that makes you look?

Forget the Wetherspoon nonsense imo jeffian - it's just a distraction from the real recovery potential here imo.

Why would Wetherspoons consider bidding for LMR when they can simply cherry-pick the sites they want?

"Paul Charity, 18/02/2010 12:13

JD Wetherspoon has completed the acquisition of one of the dozen 3D Entertainment sites it has lined up.

The pub group, which already operates a Lloyd's Number One bar in Stourbridge's High Street, has now bought the town's Chicago Rock Cafe site, which they will relaunch under the Wetherspoon's brand..................Wetherspoon has agreed to buy a dozen sites from 3D Entertainment subject to landlords agreeing to drop rents by 20% to 30% in a deal worth around £4m."

JDW don't do clubs. They will only be interested in sites which can be converted to their 'brand'. Why take on the whole shebang, including out-and-out club sites which simply aren't suitable for them and all the 3DE residual liabilities? It ain't gonna happen IMHO.

Shame you didnt listen about Reh, i got another 50k at 16.8p this morning :-))

Stakes and Cash worth over 35p a share CR, price to buy 18p.

Very wrong.

I never buy a stock with huge debts CR, the risk of suspension increases.

Would not want to wake up and find i've lost the lot, not saying it will
happen but with that kind of debt i dont need sleepless nights.

Rgt was a bad play in the end but never had debt.

No way will i buy this stock, you can play your politican games with your
stocks as much as you want but i'd not touch this with a bargepole.

You'd be too nervous holding this one but you'd buy RGT ay HateTrader? You's a penny trader chimp - your whole game is talking a stock down, buying the dip and then staying quiet as it rallies. You then trade out and start knocking it again - can read you like a book. You aren't here through altruism I know that lol.

Why would i buy this high risk stock when there's bargains elsewhere.

My Dcd is a huge buy now, Per of 3-4, making 2 mil a year and now Hammonds
Blast Lab game is selling all over the world and sold out in most brands
in Argos already and this is all on top of the 2 mil+ it will make.

Market cap just 7 mil, reckon it could make 2.5-3 mil this time around.

Reh.

Another bargain, no debt and cash and a stake worth more than 30p a share yet
it can be bought for 17p right now.

I'll stick with the value, i'd be too nervous holding this one.

HateTrader - were you not knocking RGD and IDS?

Just buy if you're that keen - one bit of news from the co, one more director buy and these will be out the traps so fast you won't get a look in.

Falling sales mean nothing - sales are vanity, profit is sanity - it's about increasing margins, reducing debt and getting better quality sales. Hence Numis's upgrade to Buy.

Scott84 - Maybe Wetherspoons might be running the slide rule over Luminar.

Dont forget debt has been significantly reduced, the World Cup hit business (dont worry people arent as emotional about the Olympics whether its in the UK or not) and they are still a cash generative business.

They have also set out a plan to arrest the revenue decline and all in all its sounds positive.

Im with Baldeagle5 on this one I think there will be a bid soon.
