Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement published by the Company earlier today in connection with the initial public offering of Luceco plc, the Company is pleased to announce that the Prospectus dated 17 October 2016 has been approved by the UK Listing Authority.

The Prospectus relates to the admission of the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission").

A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

In addition, the Prospectus will also shortly be available to view on the Investor Relations website of the Company, www.lucecoplc.com and copies of the Prospectus will be available at the registered office of the Company at Stafford Park 1, Telford, Shropshire TF3 3BD.
