Luceco, the manufacturer and distributor of high-quality and innovative LED lighting products, wiring accessories and portable power products, announces that on 24 November 2017, Mr John Hornby, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.0005 each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 234.53p per Share (the "Transaction"). Following the Transaction, Mr John Hornby holds, together with Pippa Hornby, 31,396,512 (19.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital). Mr John Hornby completed the Transaction principally to settle personal tax liabilities.

Following the Transaction, Mr John Hornby has agreed to enter into a lock-in agreement pursuant to which Mr John Hornby has undertaken to the Company that, subject to certain limited exceptions, Mr John Hornby will not sell or otherwise dispose of, or agree to sell or dispose of, any of his respective interests in the Shares held by him and his connected persons at any time during the period of 6 months following the Transaction.
