As a word of warning -

Regent Inns did exactly the same thing, and I bought in @ 1.5p thinking just as these punters are doing. Only for them to de-list to save money, and go bust a few months down the line.

Look at the spread, and once bought, you'll have a hard job off-loading them.

Save your cash and put it into something like BHR or ABH, less of a gamble and you'll at least have a fighting chance to see a profit at current prices.

40% spread so to make any money you have to get an 80% rise in the share price to break even. Thats why shares are such a con, now the price is down to rock bottom, the only people that can really buy it are the market makers.

jeffian , simply because NAV is 167p and on current SWAP and property sentimental and current license agreement with First Commercial has fueled the share price rise. this makes serious undervalued.

...did look like that chaps with all those buys flooding in..mm's on aim have a knack of stuffing the PI..totally unfair market imo...just got a bit excited...anyway looks like gdasinv2 may have called it right this time...but you never know with these things..only a small punt here so no big shakes for me.

Net current LIABILITIES of £95m (including cash in bank £3m, borrowings due within 1 year £90m - not going to repay that in a hurry on £1.5m profit pa before interest). It's a gonner.
