22/8/2009 12:58 | Every time I see a 20 bagger andrbea seems to of been in it from the low. andrbea must be worth at least 10m by now, lol. On profits like these, it must be about 50% tax, so its not as good as it looks. | tivoliworldgaming
21/8/2009 23:30 | well i missed this one, was ready to buy at 6p on Wed. Time to take your profits now.. | jayson26jay
21/8/2009 18:00 | gdasinv2 - 21 Aug'09 - 17:18 - 254 of 261 jeffian , simply because NAV is 167p Well I must be looking at the wrong set of accounts. Where do you get that figure? The 2008 Finals published on 30/6/09 show - "Total net (liabilities)/assets (10,593)" | jeffian
21/8/2009 17:37 | Has this been a pump and dump there must be some sick people who bought in 40p plus what made these shares rise so much??? and so quickly | itsonlyme2
21/8/2009 17:26 | DOE swap at Telwest resulted in deals being done with Bond holders and not Share holders. Dont want to be a damp squib, but be wary ( I am always wary when D4E is mentioned as i have first hand experience of how TWT screwed its shareholders even the big ones! ). D4E meant that bondholders raised capital to bail them out on the proviso of taking 97% of the company. That left 3% to the existing shareholders. Share dilution resulted in a share price of £5.00 being reduced to 0.9p ( thats er 9p )on completion. They ( AMC ) are clearly stating that they are looking at a D4E ( they have calculated 5 p per share , why ? maybe they already have bond holders lined up and calculate 5 p per share will the diluted rate after completion of the deal ).....so be very, very wary.. please I hate to see people get shafted and MM's are playing games with PI's on this one. Regards g | gerryl
21/8/2009 17:18 | so why did it collapse from 45p then ? sVen | sven2006
21/8/2009 17:11 | no probs, imagine why they were 150p last year around oct. It's double play PUB and property. | gdasinv2
21/8/2009 16:42 | gdasinv2 Delighted to be wrong and I really hope you get your 50p. Made my money thankyou and just sad that others fall into the same old MM's trap. Good luck but be very very carefull. Still hold to my view however. | blue10
21/8/2009 16:35 | blue, people like you who couldn't made profit will come and thorow some loust statement, look at their news first, they would go another 100-150% on monday upto 50p | gdasinv2

21/8/2009 16:18 | jeffian , simply because NAV is 167p and on current SWAP and property sentimental and current license agreement with First Commercial has fueled the share price rise. this makes serious undervalued. | gdasinv2
21/8/2009 15:39 | My eye was drawn to this by the share price activity and flurry of posts, so I had a quick look and (admittedly with no background knowledge) I have to say that I fail to understand the excitement when the company has just told existing shareholders they're about to be wiped out! Am I missing something? It appears to have loans of around £111m against questionable assets of £99m and says it is thinking of a debt/equity swap at 5p/share. There are currently 29,383,368 shares in issue; if they raised, say £50m, that would require the issue of 1,000,000,000 new shares leaving the original shareholders with around 2.85% of the equity. Am I watching turkeys voting for Christmas or have I got the wrong end of the stick? | jeffian
