Total voting rights
London Capital Group announces that its issued share capital as at today's date comprises 371,628,399 ordinary shares of 5p nominal value with one voting right per share (the "Ordinary Shares"). This figure excludes the 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares that the Company holds in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 371,628,399.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
