HI, bisiboy you are so right Their seems to be a lack of members on this board are you
aware of any other BBs? All we can hope is if more LDC share holders
come on board we may get some reaction from the management.
kind regards William.

BISIBOY, are we on the same page, is it LDC you are talking about ? far as iam conserned the management are sat on
their ars...s bleating on about covid is now holding things up, where most other companies are zooming
and getting on with the job. It is years now we have been waiting for a settlement, whilst the management keep drawing their salaries.
Nice number ,and a total lack of monthly progress reports .

Looks like the last knockings of the LDC Fraud. The old three card trick in action here. Richpoint get full control of LDC and the money goes straight back to them!!!
Look at the directors of Zhongying - Ng, Littlewood's hoppo, and then there is the sole director of Richpoint there as well. And what financial information is there on Zhongying - one out of date line on assets and liabilities. No doubt the LDC directors will help themselves to the remaining cash as their end of the deal. Complete sham. The FCA should use this as a training exercise for fraud.

I'm confused...can someone tell me, is the simon littlewood from china new finance the same one as the simon littlewood from ldc...?

Yeah - I think there is another Simon Littlewood who operarates in the area. He is probably sick and tired of being mistaken for a crook like the former LDC director.

Littlewood is an incompetant and dishonest small time fool. His wife the same.

As for Oxford Uni - it churns out many of the nations fools.. Many AIM directors, commentators and indeed government politicians - including the Prime Minister.

That's if Littlewood did not lie about going there, that is.

From LDC.....

I can confirm that there was a recent invitation by the trustee of the LAC employment benefit trust to those shareholders that had responded to a shareholder survey letter that we sent out in August to all shareholders. The trustee asked those shareholders if they wished to offer their shares at 2p. But that invitation has now closed I’m afraid. We do not know what the trustee’s intentions are with regard to future private purchases.
I am sorry that I can’t be of more help to you at this time.

Still not entirely clear who will be buying these shares. If it is LDC then surely if a sufficient number are cancelled then Richpoint will go above 30% and have to make a bid for the whole company.

Trader2 did you respond to the LDC request for notification of interest in possibly selling?
Posted at 07/10/2015 14:08 by trader2
Surprised to get a letter from Barclays Stockbrokers - gauging my interested in selling at around 2p/share. Need instruction by 14Oct15. Not had anything from LDC directly - nor seen anything to this effect on the LDC website. Can't be just me!!

Those who remember 'Painting' and his posts on here will now be aware that it was Littlewood. These posts always makes me laugh. He used to always get annoyed when shareholders criticised the management at the time. Just think - not long before the first two posts he was conned out of 5 Million USD.

If you read the PBM announcement correctly, I think you'll find LDC had 150k shares, worth at listing STG30k, which is no doubt the fee LDC received for listing it, rather than an investment, as the announcement says the shares "were issued in conjunction with the Ofex Admission."

Re directorships - I think you'll find that LDC and LCP have a stated investment policy of always talking board seats on their investments, which is standard practice in PE investment.

You are obviously an expert on listing businesses in Singapore having spent 5 minutes looking at the marketing literature on their web page - your knowledge is clearly vastly grater than the 15 years I have spent in Asia listing busineses on Asian markets, and next time I have a float, will certainly be seeking your advice. Do you seriously believe the appication fee is the largest cost - do you have an idea (stupid question, as you clearly have no idea what you are talking about)how much lawyers, corporate finance advisors, sponsors, underwriters and accountants charge?

SL's time better spent on working at the business level than wasting time dealing with shareholders - look at China New Energy, announced this morning - 5x return on investment in less than a year, with USD20m raised. And note on the press release the contact is SL. Far from having been sacked and disappearing from sight, he is out making money for the fund and London Asia.

the company is run by someone in Cornwall (their new global HQ!) who seems to have no experience in China, private equity, fund managment, banking, or anything else relevant to what LDC is supposed to be doing. They've announced the closure of their offices in China, so presumably the staff that had any idea of how to run the business have disappeared, so who is going to manage their assets and generate any income? No surprise people heading for the exit. What institutional investor is going to back this?
