The Company was notified on 29 June 2017 that Neil Newman, Group Sales Director, acquired 3,300 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held within his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP). The shares were acquired at a price of GBP3.99.
