26/6/2013 09:47 | Indeed still fun and games to come. | falklands
26/6/2013 09:10 | There deal don't put words in my mouth other offers/ bidders where quoted by Adam at corn hill to me and then mentioned in a recent bloomberg article by Adam but it seems you don't even have access to bloomberg quoting 3 to 6 months. 10p is the price Henderson where averaged at now 9p nothing to do with my personal average which we all took the opportunity to top up on thunder ball RNS. All we want to know is when will you eventually grow up. | falklands
26/6/2013 07:57 | Falklands good advice, pmsl so what has happened to the other Offers falklands that you said were on the table????? Falklands stated that there were other Parties interested, all i want to know is was that a LIE? of course it was now don't listen to what Falklands has to say guys as he is a Novice he also stated that PMG would never buy Lochard, he kept slating me for saying they would, that i didn't know what i was talking about, he knew better, i said all along 6p was the price for Lochard and i would be happy with that, but you have to remember that Falklands is way above his neck in Lochard with what they owe him, he has to get 10p Plus od he has lost a lot of money lol, it won't happen i can see this deal going through alright, so be prepared to get used to it, this will now become a Hostile takeover from here on in,54% is what's going to be needed that's all same as DEO, they will easily achieve that amount. | therealdeal5
25/6/2013 07:24 | Agree I am taking the PMG paper better there than here | nw99
24/6/2013 19:01 | No, there will be no deal at 4.9p pmg paper. | utrecht_00
24/6/2013 09:01 | Yes, very well said, F | wbodger
21/6/2013 16:15 | Falklands...good advice. | iwillbe
21/6/2013 14:26 | At this rate id rather take the pmg offer | newswseller
21/6/2013 14:18 | Perhaps we shall see PMG pumped & LHD taken down, to make the offer seem more attractive & convert some waverers. Mind you, I'm sure there are a few like me who haven't committed as a naysayer but will be voting against. I can't abide bluffing. | festering pustule
21/6/2013 13:11 | Do we conclude that the board is acting in lhd shareholders' best interests here????? | addict
21/6/2013 13:02 | So did lhd get that payment they were talking about on 7th June? It's 2 weeks ago now and still no update. | bomfin
21/6/2013 08:20 | What extraordinary arrogance, stupidity, money- & time-wasting in today's RNS. Be interested to see what Cornhill come up with. | festering pustule
21/6/2013 08:12 | Any competing offer would be left to the last possible minute, given the situation with Athena. | addict
21/6/2013 07:47 | New offer would have come before if there was one | nw99
21/6/2013 07:21 | Although if you read further down it says if there is an offer by a third party they will revise the offer. | newswseller
18/6/2013 16:51 | UT/w that's correct if it don't get voted through no fees these boys remind me of those dodgy estate agents. Not much to say or allowed to say at present it's up to Tom the balls in his court now up the offer considerably or bye bye, I would refer to recent bloomberg article by Adam in respect of other offers In 3 months time cannot say anymore. | falklands
18/6/2013 11:59 | I wonder if TC had a nudge from the T/O Panel: make an offer or go away. He can't get it through but he will try to find out what the opposition is. Pitiful numbers traded. He needs to account for 225 million shares. You don't do that with 500,000 shares traded a day. Humiliation beckons. What's the point, Tom? UT, the break fee is minimal, but anyway it doesn't become payable, because the bid is rejected by Shareholders. The Board just votes in favour but gets defeated. Back to the drawing board. TC should have a careful look at his strategy if he's concerned how much his own stinginess cost him. What a time waster. | wbodger |
