Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 8 September 2017, for Lloyds Banking Group plc EUR750,000,000 1.500 per cent. Notes due 2027 (the "Notes") issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 30 March 2017 as supplemented by the supplemental prospectuses dated 27 April 2017 and 27 July 2017 (together, the "Prospectus") in connection with the GBP25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lloyds Banking Group plc.

The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended.
