16/11/2016 09:38 | Hatey - agree | nar1
16/11/2016 09:33 | That's bad bringing out good news and letting people chase this up over 20p before a funding at 13p Aim at it's best ! | hatey
16/11/2016 09:31 | The RNS says "Existing" so that would suggest that you cannot whoppy. However those that do not take up their full entitlement will be distributed to the likes of me I expect, as I will apply for more than I am entitled too, hence I expect it to be over subscribed many times. | clocktower
16/11/2016 09:27 | Can you buy shares post todays RNS and qualify for the open offer? | whoppy
16/11/2016 08:51 | LOL - mm Bear in mind some of the directors are also taking up the shares at 13p in the open offer. The offer will be oversubscribed as the likes of myself that bought a few around the 14p mark and was waiting for news before adding will be at the head of the pack looking for these at 13p as I expect before spring 2017 they will be above 25p imo. DYOR. | clocktower
16/11/2016 08:45 | The only reason you're getting an "open offer" at 13p is because they couldn't get £2m worth of cash from institutional shareholders probably. Stop trying to kid yourselves that this is somehow good news. You'll be able to buy shares in the open market for 13p or below in the not too distant future. Please yourselves though. I have little interest in the company. | michaelmouse
16/11/2016 08:41 | Top of the losers board today but for how long? | clocktower
16/11/2016 08:38 | This has got to be taken as positive for the company. With the developments this year, this will allow the company to grow considerably. Exciting time ahead. | minione_pm
16/11/2016 08:30 | mm, the clever part about this, is that subject to the conditions they will be able to subscribe for new shares at 13p in the open offer. The way this has been structured makes in less likely that much dilution will occur to those that did buy at 20p+ in the last few days, as there are few sellers, and now the company has everything in place to move forward the share price will no doubt follow. The new investors will I am sure be happy to wait to see the share price rise considerably before drip feeding them into the market. It would not surprise me to see the share price above its current 16-17p before the weeks out either. | clocktower
16/11/2016 08:21 | LOL. Yes CT I'll bet those who got suckered in to buying this at 20p+ over the last two days are thrilled to bits. ;) | michaelmouse
16/11/2016 08:18 | Another fundraiser at massive discount.. The results for the year must be amazing | letmepass
16/11/2016 07:46 | At last the expected funding and at 13p which is pretty good bearing in mind that is not much lower than it was sitting at for a very long time. Further more this is fair to current stakeholders. So not a good day for the doom-mongers like mm that was suggesting raising funds at sub 10p. It will now be properly funded and the Apple news (when it comes) should send it well north. | clocktower
16/11/2016 07:43 | Great news the fund raising is at the right time for the right reasons. Investing is all about timing and now is the time. Congratulations Mike a very exciting year ahead. | bentley43
16/11/2016 07:32 | Post 3053 - "Alexa, tell me when the next LightwaveRF fundraise is coming" Alexa - "The next LightwaveRF fundraise is due shortly at below 10p" "Thanks Alexa" There's a surprise. ;) 13p. Higher than I guessed, but it does make you wonder about the last two days trading activity that appears to have suckered investors in? With the additional fundraise scheduled that will be a 75% dilution of the existing share capital and a 38% discount to yesterday's closing price. | michaelmouse
16/11/2016 07:09 | There you have it. Fundraising | jmf69
15/11/2016 12:44 | JMF69 That must be an error 23.45!! MM playing games. | clocktower
15/11/2016 12:37 | Still got legs despite lack of RNS. | larusso1
15/11/2016 12:10 | Someone just pay 23.45 for just over 4k | jmf69
15/11/2016 09:52 | The price has broken out from the downward trend is probably why the buying now. Many will take that as an opportunity in itself. Probably been waiting for it to do so. | alynch
15/11/2016 09:45 | Yes I agree clock....I've been a lightwave shareholder for a long time (pre consolidation) and can't recall sustained volume like this. Perhaps the last time was when the first collaboration with Apple was first announced. | gozo |
