Has someone got wind of another fund raising, in view of the couple of trades that have dropped the share price a fraction - Bearing in mind the positive news yesterday, normally a rise would be on the cards. Is JMF69 a clairvoyant?

sinkyj, bearing in mind the loan that was provided a short time ago, and the reasons provided, the Homekit Alarm could be on the cards, and maybe the order is pencilled in from ERA for next year that could transform Lightwaverf.

A professionally designed Homekit Alarm, i.e. in conjunction with an Alarm manufacturer would be a great product. Security is one of the areas of IOT people are willing to invest in product, installation and monthly fees.

The current home automation offerings are all a bit suspect in terms of ultimate reliability. Samsung Smartthings had some well publicised issues of people unable to arm alarms and being 100% reliant on broadband, and a smartphone to arm/disarm that's an issue.

ERA

Tyman/ERA - I expect the new wireless alarm products ERA will be offering will be as part of the LWRF deal that was struck.

"UK and Ireland RMI markets, which softened around the time of the EU referendum, have remained reasonably steady across the summer months and into the autumn. The Division has made good progress with new product introductions into the UK market and has succeeded in regaining some share in the distribution sector.

The majority of ERA's products are sourced from the Far East and the Division continues to see significant increases in the landed cost of imported products into the UK market as a result of the devaluation of Sterling. To date these increases have successfully been recovered through pricing and surcharge actions.

Given macroeconomic uncertainties, ERA remains cautious about the outlook for RMI in the UK and Ireland in 2017 and expects the market to be flat to down next year. However, the Division has additional new products coming to market next year, including the launch of trade and retail wireless alarm offerings, and expects to make further progress in distribution."

With latesr RNS it seems to me that Lightwave is at least holding it own if not doing ok as order book with latest order is up £200,000 from update in October.
Also with then last loan of cash (£150,00)they said that this should be repaid in 6 months. This would indicate that they are making profits to enable this.
Also they have been adding distributors at a fair rate.
News on integration with Nest and other systems should also be due some time soon.
Its possible that the company has turned a corner and into profitablity,I am watching with interest as there is still great potential here if they can get it right.

Sad but it shows that even the Company NOMAD has no respect for the rules in that case GR. They all are in breach of their fiduciary duties to all stakeholders it seems to me.

So those details are all well out of date sinkyj- maybe one of the larger stakeholders here should e-mail them and ask them to update the info and remind them of the rules that City Financial seem to have ignored, and remind them if they fail to do so with immediate effect they will be reported to the AIM regulators for all that is worth.

Best guess is this person transferred their holdings to brewin, making the existing just under 3% up to 11%.

Indirect - Brewin Nominees Limited
A/c GROSS 1,695,025 8.2384 %

I would also guess the somebody that owned about 3% previously picked up the 5% that maybe somebody else sold at some point. They should have notified it then as should City Financial I'm pretty damn sure professional investors and listed companies aren't supposed to behave like this and investors should be kept informed......

It does however suggest that either some folks have transferred their holdings to them and possibly added recently, or they have a single client eyeing up the company while picking up cheap stock.

It's a nominee holding rather than a direct holding. Brewin Dolphin are primarily a stockbroker.

Apologies for off topic, but you should be aware! Anyone tempted to go to the self promoting michaelmouse - serial basher.

Here's what you won't learn from his guru skills.

Interesting spin, especially the topic of the share price. Remind us of your two darling "growth" investments on a 12 month view.

Avanti; THE FRAUD! 250p now 24.5p - by his own admission he bought at 170p and 120p and advised buying at 48,p. If you were brave, being his caveats.

Another of his growth stocks
Trakm8: The cash guzzler and creative accounting magician 360p now 153p. But to be fair, you got a maiden 2p divi. Shame it can't afford it. Isn't that the same trick a number of Chinese frauds use to sucker investors in!

But his favourite part-time is bashing TW related stock. Revenge for short advice on some of michaelmouse shares.

Don't worry someuwin - he surely can't blame two premium uses as being the same person. His usual ploy when more than one person disagrees with him.

I think products are pretty good generally and it's a marketing , channel execution issue more than anything. I'm not quite sure what the main focus is in relation to marketing and getting product out and in the faces of punters. A motivated , correctly commissioned sales and marketing small team should be high up the list with the salary element highly weighted to performance, how easy to find I am not sure
