Just today .... Hwc and Mrl jumped massively. People jumping in at the top will lose money. Those buying those stocks when it was quiet made money.Same will happen here. Buy and wait

Not sure but he is everywhere at the moment. KUL needs cash now, LIFE has £1m and is an empty shell.Interesting play here either way. Love a good shell valued at cash, they always spike

Investment case

The Company is now classified under the AIM Rules as an Investing Company and has adopted the
Investing Policy as set out in Appendix 1 to this Announcement. Under the AIM Rules, the Company is
required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules
or otherwise implement its Investing Policy within twelve months of the General Meeting, failing which, the
Company’s Ordinary Shares would then be suspended from trading on AIM. If the Company’s Investing
Policy has not been implemented or it has been unable to make an acquisition or acquisitions which
constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules within 18 months of the General Meeting the
admission to trading on AIM of the Company’s Ordinary Shares will be cancelled and the Directors will
convene a general meeting of the Shareholders to consider whether to continue seeking investment
opportunities or to wind up the Company and distribute any surplus cash back to Shareholders.

Not sure myself. Read something that implied all uninvested shell companies would need to fund by up to £6 million (and invest within 6 months) if rules are changed but can't find article right now.

Stig - I think you are correct the new rules will only affect new cash shells

KUL shot from 4.4p(ish) to 9p+ in a short space of time on the back of a few (good) investments and the backing of mellon (£2m - £4m Mcap).For me this could simply repeat that movement, especially if investors move over.Worth a go with it being capped at cash level.AIMHO of course

Wouldn't have found this without you mentioning it elsewhere, Mike. Currently it's a buy and hold waiting to see what happens. New AIM rules (if they go through) would indicate a minimum of £6 million being put in here by Mr. Mellon or his mates within 6 months of last October 5th. That should get things moving.
