LiDCO (AIM: LID), the hemodynamic monitoring company, announces that the Board has yesterday, 19(th) April 2017, finalised a grant of options ("Options") to Mr Sassone, CEO, to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

The above Options vest and may be exercised from between fourteen months and three years from grant if certain share price hurdles are met. The Options are exercisable over a range of periods at 0.5 pence per Ordinary Share, subject to the Company's share price averaging above a number of hurdle rates. Expiry dates range from April 2022 to June 2025. The hurdle rates were in part set with regard to the placing price of 6p in December 2016 and are between 8p and 15p. Simultaneous with this grant, 4,395,604 options have lapsed and been cancelled. The total number of shares under option following these grants is therefore 14,990,087 representing 6.1% of the issued share capital.
