DV agreed if the share price stays so low, they need to get the message out followed by improved results, then the shares will re-rate. VERY FRUSTRATING AT THE MOMENT

great article shows there is going to be huge demand for Biomass. LNR are in the right place at the right time.

I am confident the currrent management team will turn this around and make LNR a profitable enterprise.

Wirral why do you expect more of a drop after consoilidation.

The new broker is meant to be well respected and puts these shares on a ridiculously cheap rating at the moment which should underpin the current price.

Lets hope we also get an update of some sorts to stop the share price decline.

The Company will today post a Circular to its shareholders containing details on
the resolutions to be proposed at a forthcoming General Meeting. The General
Meeting is being convened to consider and, if thought fit, approve:

* The change of the Company's name to FibreGen plc as previously
announced
* The appointment of Rick Squires as a Director of the Company
* The appointment of John Stirling as a Director of the Company as
previously announced
* The adoption of the FibreGen Unapproved Share Option Plan 2008 as
previously announced
* The Consolidation of the issued and unissued ordinary shares of the
Company on a 15:1 basis
* The authorise the Directors to allot ordinary shares and the
dis-application of statutory pre-emption rights

wirallfinance, ENT said it had an approach valuing it at c 0.22p. I understand from contacts in the City that this was based on this deal that has been announced. That makes me wonder how "independent" the mooted bid for LNR was.

Its hard to stay positive when you look at the chart and the continued low in the share price but i do beleive with the new structure in place and the area they are now operating in the company should do well.
