welcome back.
you are clearly re-energised and raring to go so i suggest you start with the LNR Mgt pointing out their lack of visibility in revitalising the Co's share price performance such as buying Co. shares, analysts briefings, soliciting further Insti interest, pr/financial press exposure etc etc.
there has been no trading update on how y/e Dec 2007 performed or indeed how 2008 is looking after nearly 4 months.
neither has there been any indication that we won't have to wait the usual 6 months to see the results.
to be fair, Peter Greensmith has tried to fill the communications void over the past few months but i've yet to see anyone else do anything positive.
hope you enjoyed your holiday.

ps
you could of course add significantly to your holdings which in itself may kick start a rally in the shares.

Maybe thats what this is all about. March the share price down even though there appears to be a great story, then the directors pull off a MBO and make millions. We ( the small share holders) are happy with 12p even though its a steal. Sounds criminal if its true though !

I wonder if turbotrader is one of those people employed by dodgy brokers to ramp a share while it falls through the support levels one by one !
Everyone thinks the share must go to 20p soon because he is so positive and he seems to know stuff but actually they lose a great deal of their very hard earned.
As I keep saying, I hope im wrong.

sg31. I know what you mean but I also think that what wirral has said may be true in that they will be 5p soon but should I buy more then to average as he has suggested he may do, I wonder what these so called directors are up to and are they going to stuff us all in the end its an Aim share after all?

wirral, Good posts I agree with your sentiment I have been in LNR since I paid 15.7p for my shares, this company has been appalling in several ways obviously the share price and the news management from the directors is atrocious.
Oh I have seen the major7 on other BB I think your assessment is probably spot on.
I am not sure if I should dump the LNR shares I have and salvage what little is left.

wirral,
i would tend to agree with BG.
Prometheus are delisting from AIM because they could net get adequate funding as a listed Co. and the ongoing cost and administration burden of maintaining a listing outweighed the benfits gained from it.
already since the announcement, they have obtained $3.1 mill in convertible notes - these convert @ 16p and the delisting price was only 4p.
their LNG production facility is now up and running with 2 tanker loads already shipped. initially producing 12,000 gallons per day and upgrading the production facilities will raise this to 22,000 gallons per day later this year.
with LNG's stake in this Co. thru their 24% holding in Evergreen Securities, i'm beginning to feel that maybe this could turn out to be a shrewd investment after all.
