Capital Re-organisation
Total Voting Rights
Further to the announcement of 7 March 2017, the Company is pleased to announce that pursuant to the capital-reorganisation approved by Shareholders, a total of 418,379,981 New Ordinary Shares of 0.05p each have been admitted to trading on AIM.
The above figure of 418,379,981 New Ordinary Shares with voting rights may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
