Hi jim. I'm following lvrt closely after investing on the rise in sept, buying at 3.5, yeah quite high price, but still very pleased and very optimistic as a wise investment, short term medium or indeed long.
Jim I have a question about the posts you made recently, the links etc. I do not understand the relevance or the connection to lvrt. Please would you kindly explain.. thanks

Its a valid point.
When levrett is relisted we will get a better perspective on what course to take.
Could be a 1 or 2 year plus investment depending on the strategy.

The research i have done points to some major gains here.

Greetings jimduggen

My older brother - more a day trader than I - considers that long term direct investing by PIs is unlikely to be profitable these days.

Given that the suspension of LVRT pending the outcome of RTO discussions, effectively makes holders in the co 'long term', it will be interesting to see whether the outcome supports his point - or not.

Should be before that i hope.
Last rns said significant progress had been made.

Hopefully the decision about whether (or not) to proceed with the RTO will
be made b4 31/12/2016.

Yep you are right. At what price though. Will be interesting.

Good morning jimduggen

Almost certainly the initial listing will be on AIM.

I say that because an huge advantage for both companies is surely that the £250,000+ listing fees for AIM - higher for the main market - are already paid by LVRT? This is surely one of the advantages perhaps the only real advantage, of a tie in with an already listed shell co?

Logic dictates that if the new joint co is, as we hope, hugely successful maybe by a couple of years after the RTO, then might be the time to consider main market listing but really not b4 - all imho of course.

I think that nuformix will want a main listing imo.
They are ready for it.

This will be a lot bigger than we initially thought!!

My guess jimduggan is the AIM market as both companies are v. small cap.

Hi maytrees. Are we heading straight for the main market as a standard listing?

Aim or main market?

Many thanks
