That would be nice. Why not focus on the operating profits they had exceptionals that will not be there going forward. I don't have the full overhead breakdown so can only work on what's available.

AW, operating profit is one thing, what's the admin costs and pre-tax
profits, i like it how you fail to mention that considering you keep
claiming to be an accountant....total twaddle !

LOL you don't know what I do you make assumptions based on your own behaviour. What I don't do is post all day on BBs when there is nothing to comment on. This is big news for legion and yes I am interested. Whether I buy hold trade or stick them in a drawer is irrelevant as I am NOT and never will be a major holder of shares in ANY co except my private investments, which are not listed.

Dont you think it's a bit strange AW posting none stop how suddenly this
a wonderful stock when he/she/it apperently dont hold !

The reality is AW has bought and will take over the thread for a few days
until the dump and vanishing act, Sty was a classic and i can name probably
another 50 stocks and threads where it has done exactly the same after
spouting how great the stock is.

Pump and dump in operation now so dont chase it.

andrbea yes the bank have now supported them so they have changed the short term funding arrangements. The director was good enough to provide ST support he was confident of funding that does not mean he should not be repaid as soon as possible. It was a short term measure.

Having a deeper look atm but not seeing anything to worry about.

Executive Chairman of Legion Group purchased 350,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a cost of 1.80 pence per share on each occassion.


Following this purchase, Mr Thomas is interested in 6,019,148 ordinary shares,
representing 1.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
