Good to see quite a few 2-3,000,000 trades going through, with everything for VS to block chain & oil we now have a more diverse portfolio, what's happened to IBS?

Get in quick!! Multibagger in the making!

cudmore,

If I may say so your post above is neither use nor ornament.

Has everyone 'got in quick'?

Why on earth would LEG multibag?

Just wondering like.

You mean they're trying to join the party when all the big money has already been made?

I am expecting at least 0.5p short term. Considering LEG is now into crypto currency investments.

Belt 'n Braces - well analysed.

As I've been saying for a while now, there is a lot going on in the background at VS.

No company grows their staff at that rate without the requisite workload. As you say, the benefits of the Shelford Group will come through fully in the next set of accounts, also the JL contract win - don't forget also the extension on to Curry's PC World which was not RNS'd.

In my view VS are growing rapidly - Zaf's prediction of an eventual "unicorn" company won't be far off the mark eventually.

Belt - the broker target (so far) is 0.7p.

By the way, one Sunday we are going to be discussing Legendary Investments inclusion in a Sunday paper as a BUY tip.

Have to caveat that the info is from the VS LinkedIn page. They say they are in the 51-100 employees category.

Belt and braces, it's worth noting that VS now has over 50 staff, quite an increase since even March of last year. Showing signs of growth.

soup,

david doesn't understand things like FTP.

Please don't confuse him even more than he already is.

TIA

HoF is an interesting example as their physical stores are made up of concessions, with each brand operating individually. So from a store level use of VS would be pointless as HoF don't hold any stock to manage. The flip side is their online offering, which has used dropshipping for years. But they seem to operate by a simple FTP site, so could be ripe for a more sophisticated system like the Edge being integrated.

Turbo, whilst we don't know the terms of VS retail contracts, if it's anything like their NHS model then HoF wouldn't be paying, the suppliers pay to be on the system, then transaction fees apply.

Why would HOF need cheaper rent? Then spend it on VS?Surely this is chicken and egg?

Just had a ‘high level’ look at the various accounts filed recently.

Virtual stock limited - year ending 31 March 2017

Loss of £ 90,844

However employee levels have risen to 24 from 15 the previous year, so obviously some growth happening here.

Virtual stock holdings - year ending 31 March 2017

No change in balance sheet and no consolidation of subsidiaries with exemption applied. Therefore this tells us nothing with Virtual stock limited being the main important trading company.

Legendary investments - year ending 31st March 2017 and in particular the notes in relation to Virtual Stock (VS).

On October 2016 VS (6 months into the accounting year) the edge was adopted as the common catalogue management solution by Shelford Group. This provided a solution to a major issue affecting the NHS. VS through the edge platform, aims to support significant savings over the next five years through supply chain optimisation and procurement process efficiencies. The trusts that make up the Shelford group are of strategic significance to NHS care.

Further success was achieved by VS on 2nd November 2016 in regarding NHS wins.

In regards to income from the NHS, I would assume the real benefits will start to flow in the year to 31st March 2018 (so far not reported) and not in a partial year to 31st March 2017?

Also, in March 2017, it was announced that VS had been appointed by the John Lewis Pertnership including 48 John Lewis shops, John Lewis com and for Waitrose shops.

None of this income will have been accounted for yet (publicly with the next accounts to 31st March 2018).

However, simply by reading the accounts for both Legendary and Virtual `stock, you can see that there is a lot going on in the background with signicant (so far not reported financial) wins and VS as a company recruiting staff.

What was that broker value for Legendary again ?

david,

why do you continue to suggest the rise in online sales is good for LEG?

a technophobe should not be investing in a business he doesn't understand.

a bit too late mind.

just saying like.

Cheers Phil - and the same to you and yours.

Every time there is a story on CNBC or Bloomberg regarding retail the story is the same.

Bricks and Mortar sales are falling quite sharply, and online retailing is gaining ground even quicker. That's on both sides of the pond.

If Virtualstock can gain a presence in the US, they are nicely placed on both sides of the Atlantic to garner some beefy contracts in my view.
