Having the right #technology is critical to support #digitaltransformation efforts - and for many of the #UK’s #retailers and #healthcare providers that technology is #Virtualstock’s The Edge™ …

Also today, a chap by the name of James Thirkill started work at Virtualstock.

His brief? Head of Healthcare and Public Sector.

Get ready for more contracts from VS in the near future.

reading plantpots posts this morning, I had a strong sense of deja vu all over again. So I checked:

Morning all.

Not in the least concerned about yesterday's reaction. As people are saying, it's mainly about VS - and that is a dynamic company with probable intentions to float next year in my view.

And we still have the option to increase our stake to 10%.

So, I will quietly accumulate on any dips.

GL all.

RTW1 - I'm quite disappointed you haven't posted here today, or responded to my morning request.

If you have sold, it would be nice to know.

Further to some of the posts above, and the comments re Zaf, can I suggest that from tomorrow morning we all e-mail Zaf at the company and ask just what is going on?

For my part I'm not too bothered commenting on his remuneration and will express disappointment at the share price (or lack of it).

KK, I must say I think patience is wearing thin here with many, and I can't blame them. I know we all put our faith and trust in Zaf, but things appear to be moving rather too slowly.

Not saying anything is wrong here, but by now we should have been updated a lot more on movements and prospects at VS.

Can I suggest those who want to fire off their e-mails from around 10am onwards? If anyone gets a reply please post here, it might give us an idea of just what is occurring.

Patience is needed here. This time next year we'll be millionaires and I will fly you all to my palace in Barbados on my private jet.

Never mind the 1p party, I'm looking forward to the 10p party.

We already know that the Christmas period (Dec 1-25) saw a 12% increase in online sales, and a fall in "bricks and mortar" ones.

It will be interesting to get the new year period figures soon.

Virtualstock are beautifully placed to take advantage of it all.

The NHS roll-out continues, and the scope for further contracts in the retail space are high. Don't forget also they said last summer that 2018 would be the year that they "go for expansion overseas".

I can see game-changing news from VS that will surprise many people, and not only a dramatic re-rate in their value, but a steep increase in the LEG share price too.

Well, once we start getting some more news flow from VS (and IBS and CFA) I don't see why the target price can't be at least raised to the 1p mark.

This will be a very exciting and interesting year at LEG, and one full of sure but steady progress.

Those who lost patience and determination over the past few weeks will regret their move out of the stock.

HNY P P - also Beaufort Securities have confirmed that they are to use their phrase "reviewing" the LEG share price target - my view is that before too long they will raise to perhaps 1.5p?

Morning cpap man - yes saw that earlier, got it via e-mail.

The next update from Beaufort will probably be after further news from VS. I'm expecting quite a lift in Virtualstock's valuation at the next call.

Happy new year to you.

I wonder what is ignored and laughed at more.

Boofats continued target of 0.7p, irrespective of how many new shares have been issued since they plucked that figure out of thin air, or pothead's ridiculous 1p valuation.

Legendary Investments (LEG.L, 0.13p) – Speculative Buy

Legendary, on 22 December 2017, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire an interest of up to 2% in Circle Oil Tunisia Limited (‘COTL’), in exchange for its 5.5% stake (books value of £100,000) in Manas Resources LLC (‘Manas’). COTL owns El Mediouni East and Central oil asset (‘ELM’) in the Mahdia Permit located in the Gulf of Hammamet off the Tunisian coast. The Permit duration and work programme are in the process of being finalised.

Our view: The management of Legendary has exchanged its stake in a view that COTL’s ELM is in greater shareholder interest with a shorter timescale for fruition and possibly at a greater value compared to Manas. Over the past 5 years, COTL’s liquidated parent company, Circle Oil Plc invested heavily in ELM and said it internally estimated potentially recoverable prospective resources of approximately 100 million barrels of oil. COTL is now operating under new management. Simply valuing one of Legendary’s portfolio copmpany, 7.2% stake in Virtual Stock on the basis of Notion Capital’s recent funding injection, suggests some 20% premium to LEG’s current market capitalisation. In expectation of Legendary’s participation in VS becoming more realistically valued within LEG’s wider portfolio, Beaufort retains its Speculative Buy recommendation on the shares along with its 0.7p price target.

A jolly good morning on the first trading day of the year to all genuine LEG holders.

Beaufort at their breakfast meeting this morning reiterated the spec buy tag on LEG with a preliminary target of 0.7p.

One day, the market will wake up to the potential. Meanwhile, how kind of the spivs to let us keep accumulating at these levels.

Poor pettigroo. He is incapable of having a mature discussion, or of acknowledging there is 2 sides to every stock.

It is clear that leg are running low on cash, and they will need to raise funds. That is an undisputed fact. The huge forward selling we saw in the short lived spike around xmas lends credence to that.

pettypoo is so paranoid about anyone with anything negative to say here, he either bins them or is just plain rude to them if they are a blue poster.

Its called digging your head in the sand, or just being plain stupid.

He is a master at both.

I feel sorry for anyone caught up in his web of deceit and lies.
