Let's get real. This is a small investment company with about 0.165 per share of assets at very recent 'fair value' estimates and a current share price of 0.13p. That's a perfectly sensible discount for this type of company of about 20%.We would hope VS will be solidly revalued higher over the next year but this will be on occasional corporate transactions not daily changes. The other investments (even CFA at about 7% of total assets) are small in comparison so would need to explode to significantly change the LEG valuation.In the short term, there is scope for some rise in the share price as sentiment changes but I'm not expecting a big jump.I don't even think that VS would float at very much more than the current valuation.LEG is an interesting part of my portfolio on a 12 month view but I fear that some people will be disappointed when the price doesn't immediately surge in the New Year.
