I actually find that to be quite relevant. Its important to question why the licences havnt been given yet, and I cant help but think this A Mackay character is a factor.

Sheffield Hospital info now on Virtualstock's website:-

Several notable hospitals are already using the system. The Shelford Group, a collection of Trusts comprised of England’s leading NHS multi-specialty academic healthcare organisations, is in the middle of its roll out programme as well as the strategic partnership with Shared Business Services and its 68 member Trusts. The adoption of this disruptive technology is testament to the increasing appetite for change, with the NHS eager to learn from other industries regarding how technology can transform supply chains.

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the UK’s largest, busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts. We provide a full range of hospital and community services for people in Sheffield, as well as specialist care for patients from further afield. We manage five of Yorkshire’s best known teaching hospitals including:
• Northern General Hospital
• Royal Hallamshire Hospital
• Charles Clifford Dental Hospital
• Weston Park Cancer Hospital
• Jessop Wing Maternity Hospital

It's about matching trades. They don't like holding stock so won't let you buy unless some is selling.

Let them sell. Who is bothered?

If I held 71m of these at an average of 0.279p I would definitely be bothered.

Then again I'm not a thick-skinned idiot.

I foresee a 10-1 consolidation, and an issue of 100m shares at 1p.

potplant will get his 1p, though not quite as he envisaged.
