The Final Terms dated 20 April 2017 relating to the issue by Legal & General Group Plc on 24 April 2017 of US$500,000,000 Fixed Rate Reset Subordinated Notes due 2052 (the "Notes") have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued under the GBP4,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme of Legal & General Group Plc and Legal & General Finance PLC.

Application has been made for the Notes to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 24 April 2017.
