Following the release of the Company's 2016 Annual Report and Accounts on 8 March 2017, the Company announces that it has today made available to shareholders the following documents:

   --     Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy and Form of Direction 

The Company's 2017 Annual General Meeting will be held at The Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, City Road, London EC1Y 2BQ at 11.00am on Thursday, 25 May 2017. The Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2017 and related Form of Proxy and Form of Direction are being mailed to shareholders today.
