All those investors who bought near the time of Admission should complain to the FSA that there appears to have been something amiss with the due diligence carried out prior to admission.

Tel6, Complain to Paccon, expect them to say "no" (they always do), they will give you the details of how to further your complaint to the Ombudsman. But you can't complain to the Ombudsman until you've first sent your complaint to Paccon.

Been told by Pacific Continental that they were also misled over this company and are looking to compensate clients they wrongly advised to purchase LDG with either cash or shares. Now i was going to put a flying pig on this post but its valentines day so my glass is half full.

Well, yet another Pacific Continental Securities ("PCS") failure. My hope (Post 4), that they might get one right sometime, didn't materialise. I've warned about the misinformation from PCS many times (see Posts 4, 6, 8, 22, 24, 26, 36 and 71). Investors persuaded to buy these shares by the likes of PCS on false/undeclared/misleading information should complain.

PIX450 I also bought my shares through FSW Europe. I have lodged a complaint with them and Financial Services Ombudsman. What was your experience with FSW?

Legacy Distribution Group, Inc. 08 February 2007 Legacy Distribution Group, Inc. (the 'Company') This announcement is provided by way of an update to the announcement made on 31 January 2007. The directors of the Company ('Directors') in conjunction with the Company's principal bank, the lead creditor, have reviewed the Company's financial position. They have concluded that the business is no longer viable and cannot be sold as a going concern. The bank assisted by an officer of the Company has received offers of interest to purchase the assets of the Company and the bank has now commenced proceedings to exercise control over its collateral in order to pursue these offers. Under this process, assets will be realised and distributed for the benefit of the bank, as the leading secured creditor. The value of these offers will result in the bank incurring a substantial loss and as a result unsecured creditors and shareholders will not receive any payment. In view of this action and after discussion(s) with the bank, the Directors have concluded that there is no further useful role that they can perform for and within the Company. Accordingly, Michael Mills and Ian Blelloch, the Non-Executive Directors and Fred Gretsch the Company's Chief Financial Officer have resigned as Directors and Officer of the Company with immediate effect.

richtea120, Complain, it works: "The Ombudsman has ordered Pacific Continental to repay every penny of your £32,000, with interest. But his report has far wider implications." www.thisismoney.co.uk/news/columnists/article.html?in_article_id=413667 JakNife

shauney2, Companies frequently use that kind of BS to to hide behind giving you information. There are no regulations in this instance as the shares are suspended and hence there cannot be any insider dealing. JakNife

I sent an email to the UK contact address on the legacy website www.tavistock.co.uk This is the reply i got "I am afraid that due to market regulations I cannot provide much more information. Legacy's shares are suspended pending clarification of their financial position. Once this has been investigated, an announcement will be made to the stock exchange and the shares should be re listed". Also sent one to FrankP@bestcandyco.com No reply as of yet. From what i can gather the company is still in operation so we live in hope. Shaun.

Maybe the bank concerned with ldg is J.P.Morgan,cant remember. If they were all classified as a bunch rankers, Im sure Jonathan Ross would have the correct pronunciation. jenkin2 15Decenber2006

I bought £3K of ldg from pc during March. Tried to sell at 16p in July, but they did not come back to me. All my dealings are with Ian Bellis of pc.Was told they were going up.He tried to sell me more stock during the summer. If any one has a course of action count me in. He told me on the phone yesterday, that ldg were changing their bankers to Morgan Stanley ????????????? What about the divi. jenkin2 14 December 2006
