Remember only £12000 of sells , brought us down from £1.05 to 55p .
This one is over manipulated .
Buy and hold if the £7 million net from Ruhetsai comes to fruition , this could be worth £3.50 per share .

They are issuing over a million shares at less than 13p so that does not help the share price for now.

still no signs of life here glad you are all so sure this will trade again 3 to 4 months must be coming up soon. How many years can a share stay suspended while the company try to sort their act out ?

Just spoke to the Nomad. Reverse takeovers usually last 3.5 to 4 months with two outcomes - it either goes through or it doesn't. Either way they will resume trading on AIM. Nomad met with the company last week and they are intent on growing the business once it realists and working hard to get the takeover completed.
