Lansdowne Oil & Gas PLC (the "Company") was notified on 18 October 2016 that Brandon Hill Capital Limited ("Brandon Hill"), together with its related parties, is interested in 85,077,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.001 each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 17.72% of the issued share capital.
Brandon Hill has a direct interest in 58,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.08% of the issued share capital. Brandon Hill is indirectly interested in 12,077,000 Ordinary Shares held by Oliver Stansfield, the CEO of Brandon Hill, representing 2.52% of the issued share capital. Brandon Hill is indirectly interested in 15,000,000 Ordinary Shares held by Neal Griffith, a director of Brandon Hill, representing 3.12% of the issued share capital.
